In a message to UPEI students sent by email on March 20, UPEI 学生事务 outlined supports, 活动, and events for students during the faculty strike.  

In this latest message to the campus community, the University advised students that it expects the UPEI Faculty Association (UPEI FA) bargaining committee will commence a labour disruption on Monday morning, 也就是说所有的教员, 图书馆员, 开会的老师, and clinical nursing instructors will be on strike.
